The Tigers (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Collinsville (Collinsville, IL). The Kahoks enter the Southwestern battle with a 6-11 record. In their last battle, Collinsville was overwhelmed by Triad (Troy, IL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Redbirds confront the Belleville East Lancers (Belleville, IL) in a Southwestern battle, on Thursday, May 15. Alton will attempt to improve on its 1-18 season record. The Lancers enter the battle with a 10-10 record after their 6-1 league loss to Belleville West (Belleville, IL).
