The Helix Highlanders baseball team scored 30 runs and held the host Valhalla Norsemen to 0 in the Highlanders league win on Tuesday.

The Highlanders now hold a 12-4 record. They take the field next when they host Grossmont for a test on Thursday, May 15. Helix will play a Foothillers team coming off a 6-4 league loss to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Foothillers record now stands at 13-12.

With the defeat, Valhalla drops to 0-19 on the year. The Norsemen host Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA) to play the Eagles in a test on Thursday, May 15. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 8-9. Granite Hills lost 8-6 in their recent league test against Grossmont (El Cajon, CA)
