The Rogers Vikings triumphed over the visiting Ponaganset Chieftains lacrosse team by a tally of 14-0 in Tuesday's league match.
Next up, the Vikings confront the Tiverton Tigers (Tiverton, RI) in a Division 4 match, on Friday, May 16. Rogers will attempt to improve on its 11-2 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 9-3 record after their 16-2 league win over Cranston East (Cranston, RI).
The Chieftains (8-7) will now prepare for their match against Burrillville (Harrisville, RI). The Broncos enter the non-league match with a 2-11 record. In their last match, Burrillville was overwhelmed by Providence Country Day (East Providence, RI), 9-5, in a league match.
