AuSable Valley Patriots (Clintonville, NY) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Saranac Lake Red Storm (Saranac Lake, NY), 14-2 in a league game.

With the triumph, AuSable Valley upgrades its record to 3-6 on the year. The Patriots travel to Northern Adirondack (Ellenburg Depot, NY) to play the Bobcats in a Section 7 Champlain Valley I game on Thursday, May 15. The Bobcats enter the game with a record of 4-8. Northern Adirondack lost 15-0 in their recent league game against Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY)

The Red Storm now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Moriah for a Section 7 Champlain Valley I game on Thursday, May 15. Saranac Lake will play a Vikings squad coming off a 20-0 league loss to Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY). The Vikings record now stands at 0-12.
