In Tuesday's league match, the host Moorhead Spuds softball team scored a nice 13-3 win over the Bemidji Lumberjacks.

The Spuds (10-9) will now prepare for their match against Bemidji (Bemidji, MN). The Lumberjacks come into the Freelance match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Bemidji was routed by Sartell-St. Stephen (Sartell, MN), 12-7, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Lumberjacks confront the Moorhead Spuds (Moorhead, MN) in a Freelance match, on Tuesday, May 13. Bemidji will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record. The Spuds come into the match with a 8-9 record after their 5-4 non-league win over St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN).
