In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Pendleton County Wildcats softball team scored a nice 11-1 win over the Bracken County Polar Bears.

The Wildcats (12-12) will now prepare for their match against Madison Central (Richmond, KY). The Indians come into the non-league match with a 17-5 record. In their last match, Madison Central notched a victory over West Washington (Campbellsburg, IN), 11-10, in a non-league match.

Next up, the Polar Bears face the Holy Cross Indians (Covington, KY) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, May 14. Bracken County will attempt to improve on its 22-10 season record. The Indians enter the contest with a 10-9 record after their 18-0 non-league loss to Simon Kenton (Independence, KY).
