The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Butler County Bears (Morgantown, KY) and the visiting Logan County Cougars (Russellville, KY), observed Butler County's softball team get by Logan County by a tally of 10-7.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Barren County Trojans (Glasgow, KY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 15. Logan County will attempt to advance on its 9-15 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 17-6 record after their 6-1 league win over Allen County-Scottsville (Scottsville, KY).
