Indiana High School Softball - Lanesville Charlestown

The Charlestown Pirates triumphed over the host Lanesville Eagles softball squad by a count of 8-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Pirates meet the Eastern Musketeers (Pekin, IN) in a Mid-Southern challenge, on Thursday, May 15. Charlestown will attempt to upgrade on its 13-5 season record. The Musketeers enter the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 6-3 non-league loss to Lanesville (Lanesville, IN).

The Eagles (7-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Trinity Lutheran (Seymour, IN). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 3-10 record. In their last challenge, Trinity Lutheran edged Hauser (Hope, IN), 6-5, in a non-league challenge.
