The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Cleveland Warriors (Portland, OR) and the host Lincoln Cardinals (Portland, OR), observed Cleveland's softball team get by Lincoln by a tally of 5-2.

The Warriors (12-13) will now prepare for their bout against Franklin (Portland, OR). The Quakers go into the 6A Portland Interscholastic bout with a 7-12 record. In their last bout, Franklin tipped Ida B. Wells (Portland, OR), 14-7, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Grant Generals (Portland, OR) in a 6A Portland Interscholastic bout, on Friday, May 16. Lincoln will attempt to advance on its 5-13 season record. The Generals go into the bout with a 10-13 record after their 10-6 league win over Ida B. Wells (Portland, OR).
