The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Edgerton/Southwest Minnesota Christian Flying Dutchmen (Edgerton, MN) and the visiting Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights (Tyler, MN), observed Edgerton/Southwest Minnesota Christian's softball team notch a victory over Russell-Tyler-Ruthton by a tally of 11-0.

The Flying Dutchmen (6-5) will now prepare for their bout against Murray County Central (Slayton, MN). The Rebels go into the non-league bout with a 9-4 record. In their last bout, Murray County Central gained a win over Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN), 8-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Knights battle the Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks (Dawson, MN) in a Camden bout, on Friday, May 16. Russell-Tyler-Ruthton will attempt to advance on its 6-11 season record. The Blackjacks go into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 13-2 league loss to Lakeview (Cottonwood, MN).
