Illinois High School Softball - Reed-Custer bounces Lisle

May 13, 2025: Lisle, IL 60532

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Reed-Custer Comets (Braidwood, IL) and the host Lisle Lions (Lisle, IL), observed Reed-Custer's softball team get by Lisle by a final score of 6-0.

The Comets (11-15) will now prepare for their bout against Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL). The Hawks go into the non-league bout with a 14-17 record. In their last bout, Prairie Central was routed by Normal University (Normal, IL), 3-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Yorkville Christian Mustangs (Yorkville, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 15. Lisle will attempt to better on its 4-16 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 2-13 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Plano (Plano, IL).
