In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Wild Rose Wildcats softball team scored a nice 15-1 win over the Marion Mustangs.
The Wildcats (13-7) will now prepare for their match against Tri-County (Plainfield, WI). The Penguins come into the Central Wisconsin - South match with a 6-7 record.
In their next game, the Mustangs confront the Northland Lutheran Wildcats (Mosinee, WI) in a Central Wisconsin - North match, on Thursday, May 15. Marion will attempt to better on its 4-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 5-3 record after their 15-8 non-league win over Menominee Indian (Keshena, WI).
