The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Slinger Owls (Slinger, WI) and the visiting Whitefish Bay Blue Dukes (Whitefish Bay, WI), observed Slinger's softball team prevail over Whitefish Bay by a tally of 20-1.

The Owls (13-5) will now prepare for their bout against Pewaukee (Pewaukee, WI). The Pirates go into the non-league bout with a 12-7 record. In their last bout, Pewaukee was routed by Waukesha West (Waukesha, WI), 2-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Blue Dukes clash with the Homestead Highlanders (Mequon, WI) in a North Shore bout, on Thursday, May 15. Whitefish Bay will attempt to advance on its 6-13 season record. The Highlanders go into the bout with a 4-17 record after their 5-3 league loss to Port Washington (Port Washington, WI).
