New York High School Baseball - Akron loses to Albion

In Wednesday's league bout, the Albion Purple Eagles (Albion, NY) baseball squad the host Akron Tigers (Akron, NY), by a score of 16-12.

Next up, the Purple Eagles encounter the Medina Mustangs (Medina, NY) in a NO bout, on Saturday, May 16. Albion will attempt to advance on its 9-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the bout with a 14-1 record after their 6-0 league win over Newfane (Newfane, NY).

The Tigers (3-9) will now prepare for their bout against Oakfield-Alabama (Oakfield, NY). The Hornets enter the non-league bout with a 3-10 record. In their last bout, Oakfield-Alabama was overwhelmed by Alexander (Alexander, NY), 4-3, in a league bout.
