Virginia High School Lacrosse - Marshall drops to Jefferson

In Friday's league test, the visiting Jefferson Colonials lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-5 victory over the Marshall Statesmen.
The Colonials now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edison for a District 5 test on Tuesday, May 18. Jefferson will face a Eagles squad coming off a 16-2 league loss to Justice (Falls Church, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.
In their next game, the Statesmen face the Lewis Lancers (Springfield, VA) in a District 5 test, on Thursday, May 20. Marshall will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 0-4 record after their 24-4 league loss to Justice (Falls Church, VA).
