The Trenton Trojans baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting L'Anse Creuse Lancers to 1 in the Trojans non-league victory on Saturday.
The Trojans (17-6) will now prepare for their match against Edsel Ford (Dearborn, MI). The Thunderbirds go into the Downriver match with a 1-15 record. In their last match, Edsel Ford was edged by Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI), 10-2, in a league match.
The Lancers (2-8) will now prepare for their match against Central Catholic (Toledo, OH). The Fighting Irish go into the non-league match with a 8-22 record. In their last match, Central Catholic edged Cardinal Stritch (Oregon, OH), 15-3, in a non-league match.
