Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Mt. Spokane Wildcats (Mead, WA) and the visiting Kennewick Lions (Kennewick, WA), witnessed Mt. Spokane's softball squad tip Kennewick by a count of 9-3.
The Wildcats now sport a 16-5 record. They play next when they travel to Walla Walla for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 18. Mt. Spokane will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Cheney (Cheney, WA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 18-2.
