In Tuesday's league game, the host Apponequet Regional Lakers baseball team scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Somerset Berkley Regional Raiders.
The Lakers (11-4) will now prepare for their game against Old Rochester Regional (Mattapoisett, MA). The Bulldogs go into the South Coast game with a 4-12 record. In their last game, Old Rochester Regional was edged by Case (Swansea, MA), 15-0, in a non-league game.
