The Jefferson J-Hawks volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Belvidere North Blue Thunder to 0 in the J-Hawks league victory on Tuesday.
The J-Hawks now possess a 10-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Guilford for a Northern Illinois NIC-10 game on Thursday, May 16. Jefferson will meet a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 league win over Harlem (Machesney Park, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 16-1.
The Blue Thunder (2-17) will now prepare for their game against Belvidere (Belvidere, IL). The Bucs enter the non-league game with a 2-22 record. In their last game, Belvidere was dropped by Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
