The St. John-Vianney Lancers (Holmdel, NJ) volleyball nudged the visiting Pinelands Regional Wildcats (Tuckerton, NJ), 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
With the win, St. John-Vianney upgrades its record to 15-4 on the year. The Lancers travel to Southern Regional (Manahawkin, NJ) to face the Rams in a non-league outing on Thursday, May 16. The Rams go into the outing with a record of 21-2.
