South Dakota High School Softball - Madison bounces Elk Point-Jefferson

The Madison Bulldogs routed the host Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies softball squad by a final score of 11-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Bulldogs (14-3) will now prepare for their battle against Tri-Valley (Colton, SD). The Mustangs go into the Class A battle with a 12-6 record. In their last battle, Tri-Valley notched a victory over Sioux Falls Christian (Sioux Falls, SD), 18-2, in a league battle.

The Huskies now possess a 8-9 record. They play next when they host Viborg/Hurley for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 16. Elk Point-Jefferson will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD). The Cougars record now stands at 3-15.
