The Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains (Bascom, OH) softball the visiting Old Fort Stockaders (Old Fort, OH), 8-4 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Chieftains (21-5) will now prepare for their bout against St. Joseph Central Catholic (Fremont, OH). The Crimson Streaks go into the Sandusky Bay - River bout with a 10-10 record.

The Stockaders now possess a 7-15 record. They play next when they host Lakota for a Sandusky Bay - River bout on Friday, May 17. Old Fort will confront a Raiders squad coming off a 14-8 league win over Old Fort (Old Fort, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 7-14.
