Swanville Bulldogs (Swanville, MN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Osakis Silverstreaks (Osakis, MN), 7-6 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 15-3 record. They take the field next when they host Wadena-Deer Creek for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 16. Swanville will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Park Rapids (Park Rapids, MN). The Wolverines record now stands at 14-2.

With the loss, Osakis falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Silverstreaks travel to Albany (Albany, MN) to face the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 16. The Huskies enter the challenge with a record of 12-5.
