The Cedar Springs Red Hawks baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Allendale Falcons to 5 in the Red Hawks non-league win on Wednesday.
The Red Hawks now own a 5-21 record. They take the field next when they host Hastings for a non-league test on Friday, May 16. Cedar Springs will play a Saxons team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Ionia (Ionia, MI). The Saxons record now stands at 1-20.
With the defeat, Allendale drops to 6-18 on the year. The Falcons host Catholic Central (Grand Rapids, MI) to play the Cougars in a non-league test on Friday, May 16. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 13-10. Catholic Central won 11-0 in their recent non-league test against Hastings (Hastings, MI)
