The Durfee Hilltoppers (Fall River, MA) baseball trounced the host Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA), 7-0 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Hilltoppers now own a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they host New Bedford for a Big Three challenge on Friday, May 16. Durfee will clash with a Whalers team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Central (Springfield, MA). The Whalers record now stands at 4-14.

With the defeat, Brockton drops to 5-11 on the year. The Boxers travel to Weymouth (South Weymouth, MA) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 16. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 15-5. Weymouth won 4-0 in their recent league challenge against Braintree (Braintree, MA)
