New York High School Baseball - Maple Grove defeats Cassadaga Valley

In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Maple Grove Red Dragons baseball team scored a nice 14-6 win over the Cassadaga Valley Cougars.
The Red Dragons (5-7) will now prepare for their game against Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama (Clymer, NY). The Wolfpack go into the CCAA II West game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama was overwhelmed by Westfield (Westfield, NY), 14-0, in a league game.
Next, the Cougars play the Westfield Wolverines (Westfield, NY) in a CCAA II West game, on Friday, May 16. Cassadaga Valley will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Wolverines go into the game with a 6-7 record after their 9-3 non-league loss to North East (North East, PA).
