Delaware High School Baseball - Delmar nips Delmarva Christian

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Delmar Wildcats baseball team scored a close 2-1 win over the Delmarva Christian Royals.

The Wildcats (7-9) will now prepare for their game against Seaford (Seaford, DE). The Bluejays go into the Henlopen South game with a 4-10 record. In their last game, Seaford nudged Odyssey Charter (Wilmington, DE), 10-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Royals play the Woodbridge Raiders (Bridgeville, DE) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 16. Delmarva Christian will attempt to improve on its 12-5 season record. The Raiders go into the game with a 11-6 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE).
