In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Knob Noster Panthers baseball team scored a close 15-11 victory over the Oak Grove Panthers.

The Panthers (15-14) will now prepare for their game against Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, MO). The Roosters/Chicks enter the Class 4 District 12 game with a 12-15 record. In their last game, Pleasant Hill held off St. Paul Lutheran (Concordia, MO), 16-6, in a non-league game.

Next, the Panthers face the Harrisonville Wildcats (Harrisonville, MO) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 19. Oak Grove will attempt to improve on its 9-14 season record. The Wildcats enter the game with a 18-13 record after their 10-8 non-league win over Adrian (Adrian, MO).
