Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Northwest Area defeats Sullivan County

April 2, 2025: Laporte, PA 18626

The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA) and the host Sullivan County Griffins (Laporte, PA), saw Northwest Area's baseball team gain a win over Sullivan County by a tally of 11-3.

The Rangers (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Columbia Montour Vo-Tech (Bloomsburg, PA). The Rams enter the Mid-Penn D4 battle with a 0-4 record.

Next, the Griffins face the Sayre Redskins (Sayre, PA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 4. Sullivan County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Redskins enter the battle with a 0-6 record after their 8-1 league loss to Athens (Athens, PA).
