The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Woodland Dragons (Baileyville, ME) and the visiting Shead Tigers (Eastport, ME), saw Woodland's baseball team beat Shead by a margin of 13-2.

The Dragons (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Jonesport-Beals (Jonesport, ME). The Royals enter the Class D North battle with a 0-5 record. In their last battle, Jonesport-Beals was overwhelmed by Calais (Calais, ME), 10-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Tigers face the Calais Blue Devils (Calais, ME) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 16. Shead will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Blue Devils enter the battle with a 3-3 record after their 10-0 league loss to Washington Academy (East Machias, ME).
