The Dansville Mustangs baseball team scored 7 runs and held the host Wayland-Cohocton Eagles to 6 in the Mustangs non-league win on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now hold a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host Keshequa for a non-league test on Thursday, May 15. Dansville will play a Indians team coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Caledonia-Mumford (Caledonia, NY). The Indians record now stands at 3-2.

With the defeat, Wayland-Cohocton drops to 5-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Haverling (Bath, NY) to play the Rams in a test on Thursday, May 15. The Rams go into the test with a record of 3-5. Haverling lost 11-10 in their recent non-league test against Hornell (Hornell, NY)
