Saline Hornets (Saline, MI) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Monroe Trojans (Monroe, MI), 12-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Saline moves its record to 16-1 on the season. The Hornets travel to Stevenson (Livonia, MI) to confront the Spartans in a non-league match on Saturday, May 17. The Spartans come into the match with a record of 10-9.

The Trojans now possess a 15-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belleville for a non-league match on Saturday, May 17.
