New York High School Lacrosse - Plattsburgh overwhelms Saranac Lake/Lake Placid

In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Plattsburgh Hornets lacrosse squad scored a tight 17-12 triumph over the Saranac Lake/Lake Placid Bombers.

The Hornets (3-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Franklin Academy (Malone, NY). The Huskies go into the Section 10 Freelance challenge with a 0-10 record. In their last challenge, Franklin Academy was overwhelmed by St. Lawrence Central (Brasher Falls, NY), 15-3, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bombers clash with the Massena Raiders (Massena, NY) in a Section 10 Freelance challenge, on Thursday, May 15. Saranac Lake/Lake Placid will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record. The Raiders go into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 14-9 league win over Plattsburgh (Plattsburgh, NY).
