California High School Softball - Credo bested by Point Arena

May 14, 2025: Point Arena, CA 95468

The Point Arena Pirates triumphed over the visiting Credo Gryphon softball squad by a count of 33-23 in Wednesday's league challenge.

Next, the Pirates meet the Willits Wolverines (Willits, CA) in a North Central II challenge, on Thursday, May 15. Point Arena will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 17-2 league win over Laytonville (Laytonville, CA).

The Gryphon (5-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Potter Valley (Potter Valley, CA). The Bearcats enter the North Central II challenge with a 0-12 record. In their last challenge, Potter Valley was routed by Calistoga (Calistoga, CA), 20-12, in a league challenge.
