The Ledyard Colonels (Ledyard, CT) softball routed the visiting New London Whalers (New London, CT), 7-0 in Wednesday's league outing.
The Colonels now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Killingly for a non-league outing on Sunday, May 18.
With the loss, New London moves to 0-14 on the season. The Whalers host Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT) to encounter the Centaurs in a non-league outing on Thursday, May 15.
