Michigan High School Softball - St. Johns sneaks past Grand Ledge

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting St. Johns Redwings softball team scored a tight 5-4 win over the Grand Ledge Comets.
The Redwings (5-6) will now prepare for their match against Okemos (Okemos, MI). The Chiefs come into the non-league match with a 3-10 record. In their last match, Okemos was nipped by Haslett (Haslett, MI), 9-4, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Comets battle the Hudsonville Eagles (Hudsonville, MI) in a non-league match, on Saturday, May 16. Grand Ledge will attempt to better on its 23-3 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 17-1 record after their 4-3 league win over Grand Haven (Grand Haven, MI).
