The Carson Colts baseball team scored 1 runs and limited the visiting Venice Gondoliers to 0 in the Colts non-league victory on Saturday.
The Colts (4-8) will now prepare for their match against Banning (Wilmington, CA). The Pilots go into the Marine match with a 13-4 record. In their last match, Banning tipped Marshall (Los Angeles, CA), 9-5, in a non-league match.
The Gondoliers (12-5) will now prepare for their match against Westchester (Los Angeles, CA). The Comets go into the Western match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Westchester was edged by Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA), 3-1, in a league match.
