The Onate Knights baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Las Cruces Bulldawgs to 2 in the Knights league victory on Saturday.
The Knights (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM). The Bulldawgs go into the 5A District 3 match with a 4-6 record. In their last match, Las Cruces tipped Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM), 6-0, in a non-league match.
The Bulldawgs (5-7) will now prepare for their match against Onate (Las Cruces, NM). The Knights go into the 5A District 3 match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Onate was overwhelmed by Centennial (Las Cruces, NM), 4-3, in a non-league match.
