Leominster Blue Devils (Leominster, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Marlborough Panthers (Marlborough, MA), 12-11 in a league test.

The Blue Devils now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Nashoba Regional for a Midland-Wachusett A test on Tuesday, May 18. Leominster will face a Chieftains squad coming off a 13-9 non-league loss to North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA). The Chieftains record now stands at 1-2.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Tyngsborough Tigers (Tyngsborough, MA) in a Midland-Wachusett B test, on Saturday, May 22. Marlborough will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 6-1 record after their 11-9 league loss to Leominster (Leominster, MA).
