In Monday's non-league game, the host Gilman Greyhounds baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Mount St. Joseph Gaels.
The Greyhounds (14-12) will now prepare for their game against Archbishop Curley (Baltimore, MD). The Friars go into the non-league game with a 17-12 record. In their last game, Archbishop Curley was edged by Calvert Hall (Baltimore, MD), 13-1, in a non-league game.
