The Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns baseball team (Hawley, PA), was tipped 5-4 in Monday's league outing with the host Valley View Cougars (Archbald, PA)

The Cougars now hold a 9-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Delaware Valley for a Lackawanna 1 outing on Wednesday, May 17. Valley View will face a Warriors team coming off a 11-5 league loss to Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 8-10.

Next, the Buckhorns face the Scranton Prep Cavaliers (Scranton, PA) in a Lackawanna 1 outing, on Wednesday, May 17. Wallenpaupack Area will attempt to advance on its 8-11 season record. The Cavaliers enter the outing with a 10-6 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA).
