The Bulldogs now sport a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to Orange County for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 16. Goochland will face a Fighting Hornets squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Monticello (Charlottesville, VA). The Fighting Hornets record now stands at 11-2.

With the loss, Albemarle moves to 2-13 on the season. The Patriots host Louisa County (Mineral, VA) to face the Lions in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 16.
