In Monday's league test, the host Cranston East Thunderbolts lacrosse squad scored a tight 8-4 victory over the Classical Purples.

The Thunderbolts now have a 4-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Scituate for a Division 4 test on Wednesday, May 17. Cranston East will face a Spartans squad coming off a 20-4 league win over East Providence (East Providence, RI). The Spartans record now stands at 5-8.

In their next game, the Purples face the East Providence Townies (East Providence, RI) in a Division 4 test, on Tuesday, May 16. Classical will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record. The Townies come into the test with a 1-11 record after their 20-4 league loss to Scituate (North Scituate, RI).
