The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the North Smithfield Northmen (North Smithfield, RI) and the host Tiverton Tigers (Tiverton, RI), saw North Smithfield's lacrosse team overcome Tiverton by a margin of 12-5.
The Northmen (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against East Providence (East Providence, RI). The Townies enter the Division 4 challenge with a 1-12 record. In their last challenge, East Providence was overwhelmed by Classical (Providence, RI), 6-4, in a league challenge.
The Tigers (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Rogers (Newport, RI). The Vikings enter the Division 4 challenge with a 12-1 record. In their last challenge, Rogers was overwhelmed by Lincoln (Lincoln, RI), 9-2, in a league challenge.
