Michigan High School Softball - Dexter nudges Skyline

Dexter Dreadnaughts (Dexter, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Skyline Eagles (Ann Arbor, MI), 5-4 in a league challenge.

The Dreadnaughts now sport a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they host Tecumseh for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 18.

With the loss, Skyline falls to 5-11 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Pinckney (Pinckney, MI) to face the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 17. The Pirates enter the challenge with a record of 15-6. Pinckney lost 8-1 in their recent league challenge against Chelsea (Chelsea, MI)
