Northview Wildcats (Grand Rapids, MI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Christian Eagles (Grand Rapids, MI), 7-6 in a league battle.

The Wildcats now have a 8-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Catholic Central for a Division 2 District 5 battle on Saturday, May 18. Northview will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 14-5 non-league loss to Byron Center (Byron Center, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 9-6.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 17. Christian will attempt to move on its 5-13 season record.
