The Fayetteville-Manlius Hornets the host Oswego Bucs softball squad by a final score of 8-6 in Wednesday's non-league battle.

The Hornets (6-12) will now prepare for their battle against Liverpool (Liverpool, NY). The Warriors go into the Section 3 Metro battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Liverpool nudged Baldwinsville (Baldwinsville, NY), 2-0, in a league battle.
