The Roosevelt Bears softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Lincoln Park Railsplitters to 0 in the Bears league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Roosevelt moves its record to 12-10 on the year. The Bears travel to Taylor (Taylor, MI) to clash with the Griffins in a Downriver game on Thursday, May 16. The Griffins come into the game with a record of 2-9.

In their next game, the Railsplitters clash with the Carlson Marauders (Gibraltar, MI) in a Downriver game, on Thursday, May 16. Lincoln Park will attempt to move on its 0-11 season record. The Marauders come into the game with a 13-8 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to St. Mary Catholic Central (Monroe, MI).
