Minnehaha Academy Red Hawks (Minneapolis, MN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Mounds Park Academy Panthers (St. Paul, MN), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Red Hawks now own a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they host Two Rivers for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 15. Minnehaha Academy will face a Warriors squad coming off a 15-11 league loss to South St. Paul (South St. Paul, MN). The Warriors record now stands at 8-10.

With the loss, Mounds Park Academy falls to 6-6 on the campaign. The Panthers host Blake (Minneapolis, MN) to face the Bears in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 16. The Bears enter the challenge with a record of 0-15. Blake lost 14-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN)
