Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Vestaburg Wolverines (Vestaburg, MI) and the host Morrice Orioles (Morrice, MI), witnessed Vestaburg's softball squad prevail over Morrice by a count of 15-0.

The Wolverines now sport a 25-5 record. They play next when they travel to St. Charles for a Mid-State match on Friday, May 17. Vestaburg will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 20-9 non-league loss to Michigan Lutheran Seminary (Saginaw, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-9.

With the loss, Morrice moves to 2-12 on the season. The Orioles host Durand (Durand, MI) to meet the Railroaders in a non-league match on Friday, May 24. The Railroaders go into the match with a record of 0-8.
